Brock Construction Group LLC, (BCG) was created in 2006 by Brock Tomislav Sambolec. During the first 10 years BCG Designed & Built over 30 Small Business throughout the East Coast. Eventually BCG took to a new direction and started working with HUD by remodeling Senior Housing Facilities throughout the USA. After spending many years upgrading 50+ unit Apartment Buildings BCG wanted to take it to the next level. BCG then spent 5 years Converting Historical Textile Buildings into Apartment Buildings. These Buildings varied from 15 Units - 79 Units. We would completely gut the interiors of the buildings, Demo portions of the buildings, Run new Utilities to the buildings and Fit them out for Tenants. These Apartments would range from 500 SQFT Studios to 1,500 SQFT 3 bedroom apartments. During the last few years we have slowed down because the Pandemic but still pushing forward and wisely. We have taken many Department of Defense Contracts along with State Contracts. We have repaired heavy equipment for the Air Force and cleared forest For the State of Pennsylvania. Looking back over the years we have tackled many different projects and are looking forward to taking on new challenges! -Brock
